• Snow College: Studied with Osral Allred at Snow College, 1972- 1975
• Graduated:  BYU with Bachelor of Arts, 1978
• Attended M.F.A. program at BYU, 1978-1979

Honors:

• 1 year Special Figure Studio Apprenticeship with William Whitaker
• Convocation Speaker and Presentation, representing the BYU Art Department at the August 1978 commencement exercises
• Listed in publication “American Artists of Renown”-1981-1982 edition
